Our CEO Story
Hi, I'm Mindy Silva, PT, PhD
I’m a paediatric physiotherapist (or pediatric physical therapist if you prefer) with a Masters in Child Health and Neurodevelopement and a PhD in Rehabilitation.
I have over 30 years of experience working with babies and children in clinics, schools, hospitals and homes. I co-owned a large multi-disciplinary clinic in South Africa before giving it all up to move to a lovely little coastal town in New Zealand with my hubby and two boys.
I loved the lifestyle!
But professionally I found myself isolated and lost in managing caseloads and admin, no longer feeling like I was on top of the game.
So in 2017 I started reaching out to thought leaders across the world for conversation and inspiration, and found I'd not only rekindled my own passion for therapy, but I had a passion for harnessing the power of technology to connect expert clinicians and build international networks of excellence.
I am endlessly energized and excited by what technology makes possible for us and love that I can partner with passionate clinicians to deliver creative, innovative and effective therapy to kids, no matter where in the world they live.

We've got your questions covered
Do I really get 1-to-1 support from all these clinical experts and thought leaders?
Yes! Each expert has allocated a certain number of hours a month just to support CEO members. You can access as many peer-review sessions as you want with whichever expert is best suited to answer your specific questions.
As soon as you’ve completed a session, you can start booking another one.
Our members use these sessions in a variety of ways. Some therapists will have two or three follow up sessions with the same expert to update the plan as their child progresses. Some therapists will see a variety of the experts to cover different aspects of care for the same child. Many members do both.
With our growing searchable library, you can often find the answer you are looking for in a heart beat and only need to book a session when you feel stuck.
How long do I get access to the content for?
You will have ongoing access to the vidoe library for the duration of your membership.
When you have participated in a CEO session, you will get access to your video recording for 1 week to review and approve, or request edits. Once you have done this, it will be uploaded to the CEO library. Videos that are not approved are permanently deleted.
Can another team member join a CEO session?
Absolutely, as the primary CEO member, you are free to invite who ever would be most helpful in supporting parents and children with implementing ideas discussed in a CEO session.
Can I cancel at any time?
You are in control of your CEO membership investment. We never want therapists to feel they are locked in to something that is not adding value to their busy lives.
It's as easy to leave as it is to gain access to all the wisdom and insights we're building together as part of CEO.

I already have a mentor, would CEO still be useful?
CEO enhances what you’re already gaining from your mentor by providing broader access to expertise.
While your mentor undoubtedly offers valuable insights, CEO connects you with a diverse range of experts across specific specialties.
No matter how experienced we are, none of us can be experts in everything, which is why having a variety of specialists allows you to get expert advice in all areas of care.
I’m not really comfortable with sharing my session. Can I just do a peer review with a CEO expert and not share it?
All our CEO experts offer private consultations. You are welcome to contact them directly for this. We are able to keep the CEO membership so affordable because of the shared learning it provides members.
I’m not very tech savvy. How much tech skills do I need to participate?
If you can jump on a zoom call and use a camera to take videos or photos, you’re good to go.
